Finally got the lowering springs and all new control arms/tie rods installed.

This is how the last spring came out. I can't separate it at all...even with a pry bar

Nice. Looks amazing
Meh - it looks better than the faded out version it was when I got the car.
Got some trash in the clear etc - but to be expected. Shade is not a perfect match either. But it looks a lot better than before and it works for a driver for now.

With the car at paint I had time to finish up the rear seat delete I build for the car. Why pay LMR 300$ for a kit. This cost me less the $100 for materials. Much sturdier and I was able to make it match my interior

The back wheel well area?
Yep. Been fighting that for a year. Just not limber enough to drive and fight a roll cage to find it. I tapped it a few weeks ago and it stopped but found the spot weld (where the red circle is on right) was broken free. I could pop it back and that's what got me to the spot. I'm going to hit a few more spots just to be sure this winter.

Did some work on the s197 this morning. Had a wore out tie rod and a dragging caliper. So it got a MM bumpsteer kit and 11-14 get brakes which are bigger than 05-09 and the bolt right up. Got that stuff fitted in, only to find the barrel of the wheel hits the caliper. So tomorrow, the grinder comes out. Picked up the vent for my hood. I recently purchased a Carter's Customs vent for my Cobra R hood. When the vent arrived I noticed how flimsy it was without any center bracing. I dropped it off and a local fabrication shop to fix this issue. Tomorrow off to powder coating

that is a nice score. I have got lucky on one waffle/raffle out of 4 so I can't complain to bad but it wasn't as good a score as a dominator.

I ended an experiment today. For the last 18 months I have had a burned out tail light and never thought about it when I was at the autoparts store and was also a little curious if/when I would get pulled over for it. It proved my point that no one pays any attention to someone in a prius as I know if I was out in the mustang with a burned out light I would know it pretty quick..... It is the perfect stealth machine if you ever need to smuggle stuff I swear I could do a drive-by at noon and people would not have a description of me or the car.
