What do you guys shift at?

Was layin down last night and was just curious what you guys shifted your stang at on the streets during normal driving? Ill start off and say that I shift a 2k regularly but every now and then ill bring it up to 3k.....So what about you guys and gals?

Umm... Depends... I mean, gearing will have some effect on it. Usually around 3.5...

Normal driving I usually shift at 1.8k-2k. I have 3.73s so 4th is my usual cruising gear. I keep rpms down for mileage and to keep noise down, the less noise you can great, the less the police will be on your a$$

Spirited Driving 2500-3000 (best for the exhaust note of my car)

Racing 6000

I used to always shift it around 2000rpm but this year I found myself more around 2500rpm, anywhere between 2-3000rpm for normal driving.

I shift all over the place, always switching it up. I'm a "fun" driver.

Racing- I don't even look, it's all feel and sound.

I personally don't really pay attention to it, it's just such a second nature thing that the rpms really don't matter. I just shift when I needa shift. As I'm sure most people here do.

going down my block passing cars in the street. or going down a street that has cars parked on the side... Side exhaust generally does that...

Under normal driving I shift at 2800-3000. That is where I get my best fuel economy. When my wife drives the car, she shifts at about 2000 and dogs the car. She gets crap mileage.

For the most part, I shift around 4k or higher unless I'm in town then around 2-3k. My car doesn't like shifting down low at ALL.

In traffic/city driving 1800~2500.

When gettin' on it I'll shift past 5~5500.

Haven't bounced off the 7100RPM fuel cut yet, still looking for an opportunity to do that

Right now i shift at 0 rpm... and cruise at around 0000 rpms... I get GREAT gas milage btw... yall wish you had these skillz lol :tard:
