Jack the ****** up and ACTUALLY STICK YOUR HEAD IN THERE BEHIND THE WHEEL OR GET A FRIEND WITH A LIGHT AND 20/20 VISION while you wiggle the suspect tire and SEE if you can see the ball joints moving. IF that doesn't work....LOOK AROUND!!! Take about 20 minutes to analyze every potential moving and or wear part. Ball joints, tie rodends...etc. THEN, take the wheel off....grab the wheel studs....can you see the movement? WHILE YOU DO IT....watch the WHOLE spindle. Moral of this story is, there are only a handful of parts you gotta check. Rather than asking a MILLLION questions, Check the parts yourself BEFORE you ask and BEFORE you spend money.
