What kind of oil do you run in your stang?

mobil 1 synthetic 5-30 now

used to run Castrol High Performance 5-30

Fram or WIX filters (prefer the WIX)

I only use 5W30 Mobil 1 synthetic and a Motorcraft oil filter
on my mustang.
Mobil 1 is great stuff and I highly recommend it.We only use
Mobil dino oil orMobil 1 synthetic at the Subaru shop I work for.

10W40 Pennzoil. I use it in the Mustang and the Taurus.I've never used anything but Pennzoil,it got me over 200,000 in my 5.0 T-Bird and it never gave up in any of my Turbo Coupes either.I second the motion on the conventional oil.There's been plenty of old school hot rod racers and builders long before my time that never had anything but and they got along just fine so,it's good enough for me. :banana:

We bought some penzoil ONCE!

It seized the 302 9n our 87 f150
seized the motor in the tractor
and killed our lawn mower...

Motorcraft synthetic blend 5w30 with a wix filter. I change it every 3K.

Moble 1 5w30, and a K&N oil filter....I change my oil every 3 months. (Ive only put 1500 miles on her in 2 years..lol)

no...sometimes it may have just gone around the block...If it has been 3 months the oil gets changed.
