Im on a short budget and theres 3 main things i want done to my car.
My choice are:

1. Lowering springs (probably BBk or h&R): $200-250
2. BBK Offroad H-Pipe: $200
3. Saleen S281 Spoiler: $120

which would you guys recommend i get first, and why?

The fundamental question is, do you want performance, looks, or sound. That's a personal choice, not one made by a bunch of dudes on a forum.

im equally torn between looks and sound. i could care less about performance at the moment.

Depends on what lowering springs you get but they might lead to needing c/c plates and new shocks/struts to do it right. I would go for the o/r h if you already have a catback, getting rid of all the stock cats will help a little with performance and give you a great sound.

Lowering springs might be a little bit more costly than that plus the time yourself or a garage has to do the work. You may do some research and find that you you'll be most happy lowering the car the "best way possible".
That could add on to the total cost maybe $600.00 (+ or -)$$$. Its a mod that you will notice and use everytime you drive the car though!
-You know a BBK offroad H-pipe or ProChamber would be really sweet! No doubt.
-The spoiler will be one of those mods that looks totally killer but one that everybody but you gets to admire because you are behind the wheel and those around you will be saying "hey, look at that spoiler"- But thats the way it goes!

Go with exhaust since it will actually improve the performance of the vehicle.

EDIT: Then again you said you didn't care about performance, so.....

shocks/struts/cc plates are not a must when doing springs but they just add better comfort/ride. Either way I think you will be happy with any of those three choices.

What mods do you have so far? I'd say H&R SuperSport springs before the S281 because that spoiler does not look right on a stock height Mustang. Actually anything you do to the car won't look right unless it's lowered.

alright! thanks for the advice.
i dont think i'll have the money to change the whole suspension around, so i'll just go with lowering it for now, and then
worrying about the rest.

If you just have mufflers now and don't care about speed then I'd definitely go with the drop. Helps the look of the car 10 fold.

you can uses camber bolts to get the camber near spec if you wanna be cheap, and they only cost $30. My car is lowered around 2" in the front and camber bolts brought it to within .3 of a degree of what Ford specs.
