I'm switching my 3.73 for 4.10s and I was wondering what the best way to calibrate my speedometer for it was. I had 3.27 stock and w/ my 3.73 I never did anything and it only ran a couple mph off, if any. So I'm wondering how far it'll be off b/c i had the taller stock gears? And what method did everyone use on theirs. Speedcal, if so how hard was it, or should I just buy the 23 tooth gear and hope it doesn't shred up into pieces in my tranny?
thanks
Alex

Speedcal. I am throwing in a White 23 tooth gear since i will have my tranny down anyway and i will throw my GPS up in the windshield to see exactly how far off and report back. I should have all the Goodies i bought here within a week.

the 23 tooth will last longer that you think. I'm going on 3 years now.
I also think someone before me put a cal device of some sort on it because my speedo is dead on according to the gps.

I've had good luck with the white 23 tooth gear also *knocks on wood* it only corrects for 3.55s though, anything higher numerically and you'll need to change the drive gear along with the speedo gear.
