what would i rather get

looking to spend around 300 mods in sign

i can either get

jlt ram air intake
tokico rear shocks and steeda sway bar
75mm throttle body
255 fuel pump and sub frame connctors and 99 + center console
black leather rear seat to match my front

tokico's w/ the sway will probaly be the most noticeable thing out of what you have listed

Probaly not, with where your at perfromance wise, I wouldn't think the stock ignition is being pushed to it's limit's. The suspension will give you more fun for 300 dollars. Or you could save a little longer and get some spray like dfg said. I've seen several used kits goin for 400 dollars on craigslist already.
