Both my suspension and the brakes are ready to be changed. Brakes are going to be 13" stock cobra's up front (compared to stock v6ers), and just stock replacement rears. Changing calipers and rotors on all four corners. The suspension is springs (2" drop with same spring rate as stock) and shocks/struts for now, as far as part replacing goes. What would you change first?

Yes in the future is still the good stufff like strut tower brace, sub frames and sway bars.

All of this is getting to the needs to be done stage, just wondering what you would do first. note that I'm not big mack daddy rich guy either haha.

If the breaks aren't in serious need of changing then I would do the springs/shocks/struts first. But if they do then obviously id do the breaks first.

Dhillon, dylan, dillon (nobody told me how you spell it haha)

I can get the stuff cheaper than that for the front brakes, not too big a deal there ;p

I think I'll do suspension one week then two weeks later shoot for the brakes. While I'm in there I'll also be changing ball joints and putting in new bushings. Buying a full bushing kit.

To some degree I am trying to make the car like new again. I want serious reliability.

I'd would save up the money, get all the parts in hand and do it all at once in a few weeks. If you do the brakes first, you more or less will get taking it all apart (save for disconnecting the calipers) to put the front springs in.

Are you doing this yourself? Should be able to do all of this in one day with the help of a buddy and the right tools. Minus the balljoints since those will need a press. With a 2" drop I would strongly consider some C/C plates and think about running fox struts up front.

alright, I have ordered shocks and struts all the way around. nothing special, monroe sensatracs. I was going to get adjustable but I thought about it.

I'll mess with them a lot the first few weeks, then completely ignore them forever. Decided to pocket the extra. Besides, buy 3 get one free right now.

When I get paid (Thursday) I'll be ordering lowering springs and cc plates (MM). I will also grab the ball joints then too. 2 weeks later I'll get at least the front calipers, rotors and lines, then have a day to do the whole front suspension and brakes and ball joints.
If I can afford to do the rears at the same time I will, if not...it can wait. I will do the suspension though.
Not doing cobra's in the back, just stock replacement calipers and rotors and pads.

Then an alignment and I can be happy for a while saving money enjoying a nice riding daily driver :)

Thanks for helping me out everyone!
