Any T5 for a V8 will work just make sure you keep your 94/95 bellhousing.

No it won't, not a direct bolt in. Only a T5 from an sn95 will work because the input shaft is 3/4" longer. A V8 T5 from a fox will only work if you swap out the bellhousing from a fox, and the clutch fork from a fox, and the trans too. Then you will need a 3/4" driveshaft spacer that UPR sells. You can also get a T5 from a fox and take it to a reputable trans guy and have an sn95 input and bearing retainer swapped into it.

You don't need a spacer to make it work NX. It is better to use one if you want everything set factory.

If you don't use a spacer, all it does is move the shifter a little.

EDIT: I am thinking about a 3550/TKO not a T5 :tard: my bad..

Thanks thats good info. So it would jsut be better to find a T5 out of a sn95 car!

ya find a 94/95 gt t5 or you can use one from a sn v6 too

correct but if he uses a V6 t-5, he will have to swap the VSS over from his old one because his speedo will be off if he doesnt.

an V6 t-5's were slightly weaker than v8 t-5.

if you get a V6 t-5 try to stick to 94-98's to keep it easy. 99-04 need the tailshaft swapped because of the different VSS type
