OK, Im in the process of trying to build a fun all motor car. So, i want some opinions. I want to get around 350-400 whp all motor. So, im open to constructive criticism.
Here we go. Its a 97 cobra btw.
Stock bore 4.6 teksid block
Stock Cobra Crank
Forged rods
Forged Flat top pistons
Ported and polished b-heads with fr500 cam kit
Short runner intake manifold (still trying to find out who still does it)
Meziere Electric water pump
Mac longtubes with catted x-pipe.

what you guys think? You think i could get what i want out of this?

Throw in a IRMC delete and you should get there. But if you are going with new forged pistons, I would bore it out 40 over. You will need to have the block honed, might as well have it bored out.

yeah i see 300-320rwhp on a KILLER tune. most of the parts you listed arent even needed to gain power, or be reliable at the level of power you are going to make.

stock shortblock 4v handles 500whp all day. keep the stock short block and boost it....
