My sister's BF got angry and knocked off the passenger side rear view mirror of her 95 GT. Do I need to pull the door panel to put on a new one? Or can I just pop that little plastic cover on the inside? Never done this before.

pretty much, thatll get you to the bolts, but if you have power mirrors, you may have to remove the handle cup on the door panel to get to where the wires clip together

bolts are right behind that cover. I could have sworn the wiring was too?

The dummys that had my car just put a screw through the thing when they broke it off. Fixed now ;p

you do HAVE to remove the door panel because the bottom nuts are covered by the door panel but you could pull it back and slide the wrench in there but then youll brake the door panels like i didand that makes it easy to unplug the wires

I believe Singer is right. I remember that putting the door panel back on was the hardest part of replacing my driver's side mirror.

Is it just the glass that is broken? If so it just pulls off very easily by itself....hope you get er fixed fast & easy! Then go "break" the boyfriend!

Well when he hit the glass, it tore up the guts. So now, just replacing the glass itself would be pointless. I've already dealt with him. He assured me that it will never happen again lol

Dang I didn't want to have to remove no door panels...
