Has anyone ever had this done. I really like the new edge gt(starfish) wheels, which I have two of now. I wonder how they wouldlook on a car with a set widened out back. Im sure they would still need a spacer for proper backspacing however that isnt a concern. Semi sleeper look.

You will spend close to 500-600 to get stock wheels widened and you will still have to run a spacer to get them to sit correctly. It has been done but IMO it's not worth the $$$

i was thinking about doing this to 2 of mine too. so ill stay tuned

Why would you do that to your stock wheels you should have bought mine !!!! It would look ten times better then bullits. Anyways you could pick up a whole brand new set of Antricte bullits for 395 + shipping so why spend more then that just to have 2 wheels widened.

My whole thing is that it looks clean, itll be exactly what I want and exactly the size that I would like. Plus I could tune how far they stick out via the spacer.

My 03 Machined looks clean and simple yet still looks good. They were made that way.

Your going to end up spending about double what a set would cost to get. To each his own but when i looked at widening my 01 Polished Cobra's it was just going to be way to much money to get it done and then i would have to run a spacer. You really have to do some math b/c of the offset and spacers and such.

I was pondering this very idea with the GT starfish wheels as well. I think it'd look amazing. I don't know why but i've always liked those wheels.
