Im looking at some aftermarket wheels for my car. They are 114.3 bolt size with a 35+mm offset all the way around. Im looking to do 18x9 all around or 18x8 up front and 18x9 back. The tires are gonna be 255/35/18 and 275/35/18. My question is will the wheels fit without rubbing or any problems? Or will they stick too in. I know stock offset is 30+mm if i recall.

what is the actual sizing though? 18x8 up front and 18x9?

up front most 18x8 vary a bit. but 30+ offset.. the rears around the same... But the backspacing is slightly different. around 6.18 on the rear and about 5.6 for the front.

But it depends on the rim. But if its around there you should be ok. for that size.

someone will chime in with the exact sizing

Its a local wheels store.. I can choice what to go with. What would u recommend? if they both are going to fit what would u do? Staggered or 18x9 all around?

Honestly I would do a 18x9 and 18x10 to put a bigger tire out back..

Win- your tires rub your piping? Mine was close before my spacers.. But dont think it ever hit.. I mean how big is your piping? Cant be that much bigger than every other exhaust out there. Might have a slightly different fitment though

I run a 17x9 +38 offset. I run a 1.5" spacer in the rear and I run a 1/4" spacer up front the lips of the rear fender had to be rolled and the front rubs on the lower control arm. Using a 275/40/17 tire.

Hows it without the spacers, does it tuck too in? I dont wanna run them. Im not planning on running that wide of a tire up front also so i doubt id rub. Im going 255 and 275

Because rpf1 wheels are hella expensive and I caught it on a good deal. The spacers correct any offset problems.

Here's a picture for the ones who can't seem to grasp the concept.

I can grasp the concept but to run a spacer just so you can have a rim...I say just buy the correct rim!

No mustangs need 20 to 15 offset for a 9 to 10 inch wheel it's looks way sucked in, mucho gay

You need to correct yoursel... Stock wheels generally are 30-33 mm of offset this is on a 17x8 wheel.... Jump to 03/04 cobras 17x 9 +26 or +27mm... The 94-98 axles are shorter then 99-04 which is why they used those offsets...

Were u rubbing anything inside the wheel well? Honsetly, thats how my car looks with 255 all around. Im gonna need spacers anyways if i run 275 out back. Im just worried it touching anything.
