I have a '96 GT...just noticed my pass side tailpipe was rubbing my brake line...thanks Bassani. I started messing with it trying to create some more space between them and it started leaking...well at least I wasn't driving. :tickedoff:

Its the line that runs from side to side above the gas tank to a "Y" junction block. Where can I order a new one? Just looking for a stock pre-bent line. Any suggestions?

:TY:

honestly, it would be best to remove it and go to either a junk yard and get one used off another car, or try to find a local shop that specializes in custom cars (hot rods) and see if they can pre-bend it to match yours.

Check a local parts store and see if they can order you one. I had to do the same thing last week and they had my section of brake line in stock.

Thanks guys....gonna try some local parts stores...in the past when I've needed them no one seemed to have anything but the straight-bend-your-own lines. I was hoping there'd be some online retailers, but no one seems to make any for SN95's :crying:

I'd like to go with braided lines, but I'm trying not to sink any $$ into the car because I'm selling it in a few months.
