Which wheels are these?

Hi all. I wanted to stop by and ask a couple questions about these wheels. First of all, which wheels are they? If I'm not mistaken they are some kind of factory cobra wheel, but I can't be certain. I have decided that I want them for my stang. Secondly, are they available in a lightweight, chrome, 18x9" version? I can't quite tell what size those are but they look like they might be 18's. I don't know who's car that is, but I found the pics when browsing through the "member's rides" section when I was looking for some styling ideas.

How much do your reproductions weigh, and what is the warranty on the chrome finish? I've had bad luck in the past with both aspects.

I'd like to bump this up for my last question. If you're reproductions are up to par, I'll probably buy some from you in a couple months when I get the new motor in the car.

if you want to know about a warranty talk to the manufacturer or the place selling the parts, not a bunch of guys on a mustang forum :tard:

+1 and a warranty on them if just for factory defects etc. Ive owned many replica wheels and as long as you stay with aluminum they will be around the same weight at an OEM wheel, a 17x10.5 is a little heavier but its only a few lbs.

Not like there going to slow you down or sell you a junk wheel, so you should have no worries.

I've had very bad luck with aftermarket replicas in the past. One set I ordered brand new and the chrome flaked off after about a year and two months. The warranty was for one year. My friend had the exact same wheels but they were ford originals, and mine weighed about 18 lbs more, each. It was just sad. I don't want to get off into either of those problems again so I thought I'd better ask.

were they from wheel replica's? My chrom cobra rs were great with no issues with chrome as well as the silver painted cobra r's the fr500s i have now are 2-3 years old and look brand new with no flaking of the clear like some aftermarket wheels but on the other hand my gf has the wheel replica cobra r s in silver with rivets, all the rivets started to rust flake chip ets and now her 600 plus dollar wheels look like shit after only 4 years. Some last forever some don't depends on style of wheel and company producing the wheels.. It does suck tho after you buy wheels and do everything you can to take care of them and they chip and fall apart anyway after all that moneys spent. If i were you id focus on picking up some oem machined finish cobra wheels...

I was hoping for 18 inch wheels was the only problem with that idea. But, I might be better of with 17's anyway. Not real sure what to do at this point. I'd like something a little more unique than cobra R's heh. Those things have been done to death. That is why I was looking at those cobra wheels, cause you really don't see a whole lota cars with them.
