Ok, this is me going against the grain again. I had a motorsport king cobra clutch in my vert and couldn't get it out of there fast enough. It had the stiffest pedal effort I have ever felt! Maybe it was just me, but I put a centerforce df in and never looked back. You could also look at a spec stage 2+, very nice clutch, lots of holding power.
Throw out bearing can squeak when barely touching the clutch fingers, and then when you lightly touch it, it goes away. Pilot bearing only makes noise when vehicle is sitting still, trans is in gear, and clutch is depressed. otherwise, it spins with the shaft. If the clutch is clamped on the disk, the pilot bearing doesn't move anymore.
