I was remembering last night about someone that moved their maf into the fender on here. I like the Idea of cleaning up the area under the hood as well as keeing it out of the heat of the motor, is there anything to be concerned about? Does anyone have any pics of how they did it?

the anderson power pipes move the Maf to the fender. You may need to extend the harness or you can probably unwrap it far enough back from the loom to get it in there. Just leave your splash sheild in place and you'll be fine.

I know the wire is long enough, not worried about that at all. I would need some kind of 90 degree bend to put inside the fender and it would not be a problem. Not sure where to go to get it though.

i had moved mine when i install the power pipe for the blower. i no longer have a mass air meter but i did have to extend the harness. these people sell a extension that you just plug in vs cutting the factory wires. they are great to deal with and the stuff they make is oem quality

I have never been afraid of cutting, soldering and extinding wires if needed but thanks for warning me. Just trying to figure out how to do it. I Would love to have one pipe from the TB to the fender to clean it up, do I need a joint in there to allow it to flex?
