They have changed how the drilled are made now, you dont want the ones where there drilled into stock rotors you want them when they are drilled while being made in the same process. yes they might crack when they get old or if you use your brakes a lot and super rough with them (like autoX or superlong trip)

that may be true but why risk it. if youre going for performance the slotted only are as good or better than slotted and drilled. the guy that ran these is a customer of mine and runs the road courses religiously... he upgraded to slotted only :dunno:

I run slotted only, I had a shake in the wheel under brakeing, figured they were warped, so I went ahead and upgraded all of um, cause they had some ugly surface rust where the pad wasn;t touching. Got silver cadium coated slotted roters, love um, no rust, great stopping power with the hawk pads on um, and no worries about cracking.

Drilled / slotted are fine.
I like the looks of the holes.

Unless you're planning on a hard day of braking at the track, It's not even a consideration.
There's way too much hype about cracking. Cheap rotors may crack.

If you go with Baer (like mine)

Baer eradispeed is the way to go - they countersink the holes, which sloves this issue.
The crossdrills keep it cooler - heat being the enemy to brakes, and
the zinc coating keep the hat area shiny vs the rusty pos look

I'm loving that look? I see they resist rust but, they stay looking like that?

I wish my slotted/drilled rotors looked like that. Mine rusted almost instantly. I'm going to get the Eradispeed 2 Piece when these need replacing.

Set of Gold zinc plated brembo front and rear here. Ive had them well over 6 years and they're not cracking at all. Just lucky I guess. Im also running Kevlar pads, so im sure those help with the heat. Hell, for what I paid for them. They should have come with their own radiator..
