will this work with a stroker kit

Summit is a very reputable dealer. If I remember correctly, a 331 and 347 are both just a 302 bored .030 over to become a 306. The difference is the internals... BUT, don't base your decision on what I say. It looks as if it is just the block, which would then mean you pick your internals

yes that should PROBABLY work, but don't waste your money on that. go out and find a 302 block and a machine shop shouldn't charge over 120 for the notching of the cylinders needed for the stroker kit. save you a lot of money...

wait till someone else chimes in, but i think that the notches are just bigger for the 347 vs the 331...

Yes a 306 is a stock 3 inch stroke crank with a 5.090 rod and 4.030 bore pistons. (although a 5.4 rod can be used with the right piston design)
A 331 is a 3.250 stroke crank with 5.4 rods and 4.030 bore pistons.
A 347 is a 3.400 stroke crank with 5.4 rods and 4.030 bore pistons.

If I didnt already have 2 blocks I probably would pick one up from summit, depending on shipping costs.
