Alright, my passenger window will roll up and down if you help it, what is wrong? I was told it's the gears in the motor. Is that right, if so where can I buy the gears?

Look on the How-to section, I did a write up about this problem with our 94-95's.

You can get the gears at Autozone,Oreilly's or advance.

The part number is on the write up aswell. Good luck.

Still cheaper then a new/used motor. I should know I paid $25 for a used one for my pass side months ago. Now my driver needs help going up all the way.

If you don't have a good pair for Snap ring pliers get some. I picked up some cheap ass ones at advance while there. Big mistake. I just spend an hour trying to get it to work on the small snap ring, finally got if off but I'm going to finish the job tomorrow with a quality plier. It literally could not fit in the hole, I had to use a small screw driver and the pliers to spread it open.
EDIT:
Took the POS Advance Auto retaining ring pliers back and took off to sears and pick upped this handy dandy RR pliers
