OK great lol. I bet he's gonna charge me out the ass hahaha. I just want to remind everyone, that if you haven't removed window tint before DO NOT try to do the back window yourself. All the other windows were easy. Came out in one piece.

Just buy a 10$ heat gun from walmart or Michael Arts & Crafts and pull it off yourself.

^ I agree. I used a hair drier. I did it yesterday, and it came out fine. The leftover adhesive was removed by spraying windex on the gas and scraping it off with a plastic razor blade.

I used a hair dryer. It works hella good on the side windows. not so well on my particular back window.

Just try the heat gun and be careful and pull the rear interior parts... :angry4: it's very easy to melt and damage trim and if the speakers are any good lay out some cardboard. Just make sure its spotless if you are going to retint the windows.

go to autozone or prolly wal-mart. In the section where the tint is they sell a adhesive remover. I used it and a plastic razor blade worked great on my back window, and the defrost still works........

i understand that using tint remover will take the gunk off the glass, but how does that keep the defrosters from already sticking to the glue on the backside of the tint?... i mean, you still have to pull it off dry, before you can spray it with remover... its not like you can get the tint remover or any other kind of lubricating substance behind the tint before pulling it off.
