Wiper motor

So I gotta question I checked my fuse, relay, and wiper motor all of them are good and wipers still don’t work. Any tips or ideas what’s going on?

Could be the wand on the steering column, or the connector for it.

When you activate it does it make the “whirring” sound like the motor’s spinning? I recently did a thread because my ‘95 was barely shooting the fluid onto the windshield. I blew out the lines, replaced the nozzles and the wiper motor. Wiper blades cycled perfectly still.

End result: it’s WORSE! The blades on the replacement motor are noticeably smaller than the OE unit. I think that’s the culprit. After all the tinkering I was too pissed and disappointed to do anything more with it so I just left it as is and now carry glass cleaner and a microfiber towel.
