Worn cam lobe ???

I had a stuck lifter on number 7 causing my car to mis I replaced the lifters and still have a mis how likely is it that the lobe on the cam is worn. the roller on the lifter looked fine and the push rod isn't bent.My set up is a b303 cam 1.72 roller rockers ported polished gt40x heads cobra upper and lower I have changed the wires plugs injectors cap rotor coil and tfi. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Craig

why do you think the lifter was stuck

Do a compression test just in case.

My friend did the same exact procedure only to find out one of the cylinders extremely had low compression...

I did I didnt post that sorry I did a comp test and had zero 0n 7 did it with one rocker at a time ended up with zero comp with exhaust valve rocker bolted down so I took it out and it was stuck all the way out.

I know have around 140 on all cylinders
