actually i'd consider that a "fair" price. ... still high, but not ass-hole high, ya know?

if i had $15,000 - i'd offer it to him.

a 11 5.0 isnt a show-quality car featured in 3 magazines.......

....

There's more value to this car than just the HP. if that were the case, my car would be worth the 30k id want to sell it for. lol. but its not.

when you spend the extra money on a professional shop building the engine, 100% polished (to the EXTREME), 400 HP (not a slouch, by any means), flawless paint, flawless interior...

high-teens, it'd be worth it. Low 20s, not so much

Yea...im kinda confused, its a 96-98 cobra yet he has it listed as an 03?

How does a completely built 4v with ported heads, cams, and a KB on it only make 400 rwhp?

That doesnt make much sense at all.

A stock 03 cobra makes 8psi or so and they were under rated and were making damn near 400 rwhp at that.

How do you port the heads, do cams, add a more efficient KB blower and run 10 psi and only make 400 rwhp?

Somethings not adding up, sounds like the guy who owns it is just retarded.

As far as value, well to someone that might be worth 20k...would I pay it, no.

But if it has what he says it has that setup in an 03 cobra could be a 20k dollar car....

I just can't validate by ANY means, paying that much for a "show car" if you pay that much, you'd want to drive it a lot. And well, rock chips, weather, etc...

On SVTP, a MysticChrome cobra just sold for $12k, and a yellow one sold for $10k... With terminator pricing the way it is, there's NO way that thing is worth over 20

Wow, termis selling that low now....I wonder what size blower that is....im just worried about the setup if its making such low power with the current setup though.

If he finds the right buyer he might get a decent amount out of it but 20k+? Not in my mind.

its a 2v.

he probably put "03 cobra" to get attention to it.

2v vlave covers
coil packs (can happen on 4vs)

edit:

those do indeed look like 4v covers..... disregard previous post.

You can make 400 horsepower out of a stock motor 2v, and a blower. How this thing is only making 400 on a built motor and a kenne bell is just nuts

yea...thats true, even a 2v with ported heads/cams and a KB should be making a good bit more than 400 to the tire on 10 psi.
