It was just chance with me. I have ALWAYS wanted a fox body 5.0 but for one reason or another have always bought other toys..Nova's, Corvettes, Trans Ams. We just sold my 74 Vette and i was tired of playing with the wagon when i saw this 94 on Craigslist. It was local and in great shape. I was never keen on the SN95 cars but this one had the 5.0 and 5spd and was a vert to boot. Ever since buying it i just can't believe how much nicer this thing is then all of the Fox bodies i have ever driven. Don't get me wrong if i get the chance to scoop up a clean little notch its a done deal but for now i am loving the 94 :thumb: Oh wait last caviat...technically its the "wife's" car lol.

Me either but no one can tell unless I make them aware of it and if it comes down to someone saying "My car is faster then your car" then all I have is a 5.0 w/ a trick flow intake and the rest is stock. I have my shroud removed that has the stickers and the belt rotation removed and the 5.0 sticker on the top of the fan shroud helps a lot :hammer:

Pushrods > OHC

Displacement > Small Bore

I love all the benefits of the 302....but I also like the high revving ability of the 4.6 engines...After driving the 04 Mach I a lot I don't see ANY lack in that engine anywhere! Plus it is fun having more redline in each gear...that car rocks! Stock for stock it can get the jump on an 03/04 Cobra stoplight to stoplight! (Also my 5.0!! LOL...)

quini litra febris... if anyone has been reading 5.0/S.F for years like i have, you may know that means five liter fever in latin. i have a severe case as i have had seven 5.0 mustangs. still currently own #6 [my 95 GT] and #7 [93 GT]

just buy some flowmasters and some nitrous... been doin the trick for 5.0 guys for years

heeelllll yea! i used to be scared as hell when i was little because of the sound. i had my first fordgasm when i was about 9. ever since, its been like crack, i've been hasing that high ever since.
5.0 is all i know ( well im 5.8 now).
