That is the big box that mounts to the back passenger side of the radiator right? I think i'm going to start with the switch on the accumulator and go from there.

Have you looked in any junkyards for other CCRMS(What does that stand for anyway...) And tried them?

yeah, its on the passenger side mouted with the overflow tank on the radiator. I dont really have any junkyards to go to. But you can get a new one (well probably refurbished) from advance auto parts for $83.99. I just looked today when i went. But it stands for constant control relay module.

I wasn?t able to read this whole thread before this post, but I had the same problem as the OP last year. My problem was the cycling switch puked. I was not low on R134. I replaced the cycling switch and everything was good. I have a A/C troubleshooting guide somewhere on my computer, when I find it I?ll post it up here.

Well i replaced the cycling pressure switch and put some freon in it and it at least works... But i think there's more air in my system then freon.. Really don't want to pay like 50 bucks just to pull vacuum on it again. I guess moderately cold air is better then air that's hotter then the outside temperature..

If whoever did the vacuum had it pulling for 10-15 (25 minutes for the DYI stuff) minutes, then added R134, which isn't freon but anyway, you should be fine. Check the high/low pressures with manifold gauges and you will be able to see if there is enough R134 in the system... if not add more.

It's more about getting the pressure on the high and low sides to be correct than how much R134 you have to add to get there.

Well the vacuum was pulled then a few months later my compressor hit the pooper, so we replaced it but then it started getting cooler so didn't worry about it till now. It's all good tho at least i know the system works, now it's just the small details. Thanks for the advice.
