Ok, well im not sure what you think is going on but everything is fine, your car isnt skipping any gears.
In that video your car went 1-2-3 and then locked the torque converter right after entering 3rd gear which is what caused the RPM to drop.
That is how these cars are tuned from the factory, its supposed to help fuel economy I guess.

I'm with Justin on this one.
Post a vid with 75% throttle from a dead stop up to 70mph like he said, then it will be easier to see that your O/D works after all.

Yea...your cars not in OD in that video, thats 3rd gear, locked up.
