94/95 input shaft help

Hey guys, I am hoping someone on here can help me out. The T5 in my 95 is starting to whine in 1st 2nd 3rd and 5th. So I am pretty sure it is the input shaft making the noise. I know this topic has been on here alot but I couldn't find my answer. I want to know what all parts I need to buy to get it fixed. I will be doing the swap myself. I have looked at the threads like a million times and it seems pretty straight forward. So if someone can tell me all the parts I need to buy and maybe where I can get them at. (i.e. Jegs,napa,autozone,summit)
