94 gt throttle body

how big of a throttle body can i run with a stock intake on my 1994 GT ....... is there a recommended brand to buy??? ..........and how much does a throttle body spacer help out if any thanks.....

I have a 75 that I got from summit and I'm happy with it, I don't think you'll see a big difference from the spacer

What mods do you have so far? There are some more cost-effective modifications that will provide greater benefit than a throttle body, especially with a stock manifold.

the mods that ive done soo far: MAC cold air intake, bbk underdrivepulleys, smog pump eliminator pulley, bbk offroad h-pipe, 3:73 gears and 40 series flowmasters

you have any suggestions on what to do???

Shorty headers, then intake manifold. If you have a five-speed, I would recommend buying a shifter before either of those though.

yes its a 5 speed .....u say shifter im assumiing you mean a short throw shifter ......how make the best one in your oppinion and how hard is it to install??

Yes, I mean short throw shifter. It is a night and day difference. There's no "best" one, you'll get a million different opinions on it. Just pick one. Steeda, Pro5.0, MGW, B&M, etc...

They are SUPER easy to install. Just pop the shifter bezel out, four bolts to pull the dust cover, then four bolts for the shifter.

i have a 70 mm bbk on my stock plenum and seems to work fine... not sure if i picked up any power but got a really good deal on it so... yea id recommend a shrot throw i have had just about everyone out there execpt the pro 5.0 and so far i like my current mgw the best....

I can only speak on the pro 5.0 shifter. I had it in my 92 lx and I loved it.

Could bang gears like no other..

i put my bbk 70throttle body on yesterday. i have a stock plenum. it seemed to pep it up a bit. but who knows. i got mine for 50bucks or else i prolly wouldnt've got one. get a steeda ri-ax shifter. it takes 30 mins start to finish.
