95 gt drivin me crazy!

well were to start. i have a 95 gt the car has this poping that sounds like its coming thru the throttle body and missin when i try to drive it. after it sets for an hour or two or over night in the morning it doesn't want to idle and will do the poping. it gets worse if you try to drive it but it will catch and drive fine after driving it for a min. i thought it was a timing deal so i advanced it and it' sill doing it. the heads were checked out and there fine, the computer is not throwing any codes. im lost. please will somebody help me.

Set your timing at 10°.check you fuel pressure. Clean your maf. Replace your o2sensors

timing is set with the spout out.
also ck for vacuum leaks in the intake area

i replaced the fuel pump and the maf and could not find any vac leaks and i replaced o2's yesterday.

Its timing or fuel related.
