After battery relocation

I have relocated the battery to the trunk, and not i am wanting to know about how i can remove the neg cable? i have tried so many things, and have no idea what i need to do to get it removed so that the car will start! i dont know what the heck i have to do!! thanks~!

So what have you tried? Seems to me you either ground it to the chassis at the battery and to the motor or you run a ground wire to the motor from the battery. But that's just me. I see it working that way.

well the battery wire has a ground to the care and then is run down to the block. i and the block also has a ground that runs to the car also. so i though just take of the cable and this should work. nothing. i did other combos, with no avail. just dont know what else to do.

@ the trunk remove the bolt that goes to the actual trunk rod put the neg. cable there. under the hood remove the battery terminal put a regular connector to it and run the two or three wires there inside the fender to a bolt on the chasis and its much cleaner.
