Air bag light wont go off!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 94 GT and when I turn the ignition on the air bag light flashes then stay on. I think the front left fender and bumper had a bender. anyone kmow where I should start looking besides the fact its behinf the front bumper

What is the code? Count the flashes.

There is also a plug under the knee panel behind the radio see if that is unplugged too.
