alarm problems

Ok so my gfs mom drives a 94 gt. She just recently called me flippin out bc the alarm randomly started going off at 2 in the morning. I work nights so I can't get over there till the morning. She said it was goin off and wouldn stop. They also can't crank it now. Any suggestions? If so please let me know.

replace the cars battery. 90% of the time an alarm starts to flip out it means the battery has just started to go over the line of good/bad.......

ok im here now and im recentin the system hopefully that will work if not she went and bought a battery...ill let you know how it goes. thanks for the help

the battery turned out to be dead. with it being an after market alarm it would not stop going off even after i hooked up the new one. so i tried to find the kill switch and i couldn't. i just happen to realize that i could press the unlock button on the remote and it turned off. :headbang:

I forgot to tell you to have the remote on hand while hooking it up. Slap the leads on the battery and then push the button. It scares the heck out of you but you only do it once.......
