Anyone have a rear seat delete with sub mounted in it?

I just picked up a JL w6 and JL amp and have always wanted a little bit of a "show off" system w/o all the fiberglass. I was seeing if mounting the sub in the rear seat delete mod was a good idea. Any stress issues, too much vibration, or any other problems?¿ I figured I could always remove the whole setup within an hour and reduce my weight drastically. Appreciate it peeps!

Mine is in the shop right now getting 2 12" and a custom made seat delete. I can tell you by tomorrow night what my initial thoughts are if you like.
