Anyone remove stock sound deadener?

I have a few questions about this...

first, is there actually 40-50 lbs to remove?

second, is my car going to be 10x louder?

I mean, its already to the point where its really loud anyway but is this gonna make it like unbearable?

I can't even imagine what it would be like to drive around without that stuff in the car.. I'm actually going have to add some to the trans. tunnell because of the heat rather than noise.

yea you can scrape alot of that stuff up if you really want to go nuts. As light as im trying to go this year, im leaving my stuff in just no carpet I think.

If you decide to remove it pick up dome dry ice it makes life much easier.

I used an air chisel but the dry ice looks like it makes life easy
