Anyone with dumps miss there tips/tailpipes?

Its been 2 years and i miss them dearly.  :sad5: :angry7: :angry7: I love my dumps damn, but the car looks funny without them

Once i order some tailpipe hangers ill re-add them

God, i might even go to ford in the morning and get some lol. the tips look so damn aggressive.

I love my dumps but ya i miss the tails you get a noise thats sounds sooo good! lol but same with the dumps...

I had my dumps added on 1/23/08. I love the way it made mine sound, but I love Mustangs looks w/dual tips!! Just not so I want to give up the sound mine now makes.

I'm not the biggest fan of tailpipes on 94-98 cars since they don't have cutouts in the bumpers. I really only think the SLP rolled tips look good. I've been running my Ultraflows dumped without turndowns for 2 years now, wouldn't have it any other way I don't think.

EastBayStang98, maybe this will help you decide. I have had 7 different exhaust system set-ups! I had in my messed up head the sounded I wanted to have. I got it on #7! Dumps sound nothing like it sounded with any other. Let's see; I tried Flows, Borla, & maybe MagnaFlow. It was not bad with the FM's. Nothing like how she now sounds though! I have not heard it since 10/6, so I really can't remember it. That just means I will have to fall in love with it all over again though. If you dump your exhaust, you will not be upset!!!

I have dumps now but I will be ordering a cat back some time.. But when I do I am also going to have cut outs put in so I can run dumps but also have tail pipes!! Best of both worlds!!!!!!

i love the way mine sounds, theyre moroso spiral flow mufflers dumped, wouldnt have it any other way, and i just dont like the look of how tail pipes hang out the rear

I don't like the tailpipes hanging out the rear. IMO the dumps clean up the rear of the car. They look ok with a Saleen rear because it wraps around the tip, but with a stock bumper, they look out of place.

i have MAC LT's, O/R-h and Flowmasters dumped...so loud and sounds great...i am thinking of getting a Bassani with a X pipe and tail pipes...not sure. Depends on if I keep this one or get a Cobra , but Dumps make it alot louder and I am happy with the decision

thanks 1stof3 at first i wanted slp lm1's dumped but the sound is way too harsh and just plain annoying. i have 40 series flows so i assume those would sound killer dumped

I already have planned on buying my 2 40 Series Flows and trying them out! I have 1 chamber racing mufflers now though! I'm pretty sure it will not sound as good with them. If not, I will just give them to my friend with a 94 GT!

You'll love it though, promise!!
