AOD performance upgrade

Anyone have experience with doing an upgrade your self?
as in installation .
If so what manufacturer's parts did you use?

shift kits are easy to there is not that much to them. It is also very easy to change the whole valve body. Just some baisc hand tools and a little bit of skill. PA is a good company. B and M shift kits have been around forever and work well.
