I suggest rubbing wax and grease remover on the location. Then hunt down the OEM quality 3m tape. slap that critter on and apply a new coat of wax to the area.

i wouldnt suggest any other fix... glue or jb weld would cause damage.

Instead of paying $10 for tape to put on a used emblem why not spend a dollar or two more and get a brand new one with the adhesive?

autozone sells a few different widths of the 3m tape in its adhesive section across from the paints. If you want to ensure it will not fall off you might leave a few spots open between the tape for epoxy but you would have to be carefull not to use too much and to get it exactly where you want it. be sure to clean the area first....
