Looks good but I would sell the rods and invest in some H-Beam rods.

Im just wondering if the cylinders are finished or do you have to do that any way? If it is, thats a great deal.

Nope.

All boss blocks have to be machined. Boss is a race block and it is finished to the minimum to allow the engine builder to machine to their specs. The main line still needs to be align honed, the bores will need to be checked and most likely honed with a torque plate. The deck will need to be cut too as usually even if you don't care about setting zero deck (which you should for proper quench), fresh production blocks always have scratches etc.

So basically they are just given you the boss block that you can get anywhere with a stockish rotating assembly. I mean its a good deal, but if your getting it machined anyway wouldn't you just get it bored .30 over while your doing it?
