Wow, that's a deal. Even blown up. What's wrong with the motor? Catastropic?

Timing chain guides prolly went clogged the oil pump and took the bearings out . With 55k only tho makes me think could have been some revving

Congrats dude, that's the deal of the century, even with the blown motor! I <3 Bullitts, but I guess I'm a bit partial!

Pics or it didn't happen!

Its at the shop right now, and with Mothers day party to go to today, guys just going to have to wait. LOL.

Not planning on keeping it. Its a super sweet car and Id love to keep it. But its just worth too much money. I plan to sell it as soon as I fix it all up.

I do need a passenger side mudflap and rocker trim. Kinda impossible to find....any places to look?

lmao, to my knowledge no one makes the mud flap. One guy in the Bullitt club of Florida has one that was unfinished he claims he will make a mold out of. Still waiting.

You sure it's worth much? If it's ragged out now and you clean it up and fix some stuff, it will be worth more than now but it still won't be worth a ton. Regular Bullitts don't seem to be worth too much more than a regular GT, and if it's had a rough life it will still be worth less than a regular GT that's had an easy life.

I say rock the hell out of it and die in a fire for not giving us pics

damn good deal. Get a PI motor to swap in, obviously keeping the bullitt's intake and throttle body, pulleys, etc, and you have a nice bullitt for under 4k

Pulled the motor and trans just now. Havent got the oil pan off yet, but under the valve cover is BAD!!!

Looks like dried roofing tar all over everything. This car would have been lucky to get 4 oil changes its whole life.

Stay tuned for pics!

Side note, that fox coupe in fron of my car in the last pic has a 03 bottom end, 01 bullitt intake and 2V heads, a vortec, FMIC, and it puts down 430 to the tires. But I was told it was detuned from over 600 just to be drivable! Its a FAST mofo still. Ill get a pic or 2.
