Yes, Bosch makes the Motorcraft sensors. Don't bother buying motorcraft.

You should be fine, I'm pretty sure thats what I put in mine. But I don't remember as it's been a long time.

I don't order anything but the original Ford part number for my car. I think I got them for $65 each online.

Paul,

Some things are the exact same stuff homey.

Just like the Ford Racing stuff. A lot of it is made by Crane...just marked with FRPP.

I understand, but I spoke with my dyno guy at length on the topic. He's been tuning cars since I got into Mustangs in 1998, and he said to ONLY buy the OEM Ford part. While trying to diagnose tuning issues with cars on the dyno, he's hooked his scope up to aftermarket O2 sensors and found that even Bosch sensors were producing a different wave patter than Ford OEM. This was wreaking all kinds of havoc and making the car difficult to tune. He swapped out the aftermarket ones for the Ford OEM sensors, and voila... problem solved.

For me, the extra $20 each for Ford sensors is irrelevant to me cost-wise, so I just buy them.

Paul.

I'm not going to over pay buying oem sensors. That whole thing about them being better is a myth. o2 sensors are what those companies specialize in. They are just as good if not better then oem ones. But hey its your money, spend it how you choose to. You can't go wrong with oem sensors, they are just too expensive.

Paul, can you buy OEM Ford O2's with extended wires? I might need some with longer wires for my long tubes, and since i need O2s anyways I figured buying ones with long enough wires would be a good idea.
