Ok So I been a member here on this site for a while and owned my Mustang for a while and think it's time I start my build thread. Take into account I'm a full-time college student while working also so time is very limited for my build. The first car I have ever driven on a regualr basis was my brother 94' GT when he was away at college. I fell in love with Mustangs then and 2 years later purchased my very own 95' Gt with 98,xxx on the clock, all stock with 2 previous owners and 5-speed.
October 08' (lowered on Eibach Pro-Kit)
I soon went through my phase of wheel changes like very many on this board have gone through.
I got rid of the 95 Cobra R's and got a set of Chrome Saleens (Had to had been my best looking set of wheels)
After Saleens I went to Black Bullits, 18's in rear & 17's in front ( I had a serious love & Hate relationship with these hahaha)
I ended up with a stock set of 96-98 GT wheels (I'll install a set of wheels once my build is done)
Now for the performance upgrades:
Engine:
Stock Longblock
-BBK Cold Air Intake
-Summit Shorties
-Pypes Off-Road X-Pipe
-Mac Cat-back system
Drivetrain/Suspension:
-Ram Powergrip Clutch
-Pro 5.0 Short Shifter
Eibach Pro-Kit Lowering Springs
-Tokico Mach 1 Shock/Struts
-Off-set Rack & Pinion Bushings
Parts awaiting install:
-Vortech V-2 S-Trim (pullied for 10lbs of boost)
-94/95 Cobra Intake Manifold w/BBK 70mm Throttle Body
-Edelbrock Aluminum Performer heads 1.90 valve
-Mac 1 3/4in Longtube Headers w/matching catted H-Pipe
-96 Cobra Black Interior conversion
Parts need to purchase:
-90mm LMAF
-255 In-tank Fuel Pump
-EV6 to EV1 style connectors
I plan on having all of these parts installed within the next month. First me and my buddies will do the headswap with the longtubes. A week later I will install the blower... Wait you thought I was done
Come late Febuary I'm swapping the shortblock out for a
-302 "Boss" block built for boost (15lb friendly)
-Built TKO or T-56
-Built SRA w/ hardened 31 Spline and 3.55 Gears or IRS swap w/ 3.55 Gears
- Terminator seats or racing bucket seats
