Car cranks but won't start, I've replaced just about everything I have fuel pressure and spark but the spark is kind of weak so I tried other coils only to have the same result. I've replaced the tfi and the distributor(thought it was the PIP) I am currently replacing all the grounds but any suggestions would help. Thanks everybody.

Base timing is 10*btdc. (most of us run 12*-14*btdc though)5.0's don't usually like platimium plugs.Did you replace the dizzy with a new or remaned? I have gotten a bad remaned one before. What is the fuel pressure?

I got a new dizzy, not sure exactly what the fuel pressure is but I think it's good. What do you mean 5.0's doesn't like platinum plugs? I've ran them before in my 86 and had no problems that I cam recall. I got it started once and it ran horrible it wouldn't idle and I had to keep giving it gas or it would die and then I havent got it started since. I'm running out of ideas and money lol

It does some times but mostly just turns, sorry I don't know how to describe it to you properly. like it all turns and you can hear the starter and everything it just doesn't want to start it seems like.

after you've cranking if for a while do you smell fuel? yes: your fuel pump is fine. no: ck your fuel pressure.

Get a can of ether and spray in the intake then start the car.
If it starts off the ether then you have a fuel problem.
If it doesn't start of the ether then you have a spark problem

What exactly do you mean, by the spark seems weak?

Did you accidentally use the non HO firing order on the plug wires? That will get you to almost start but not quite. Just a thought. Here is a 5.0HO and 351 diagram
