You know my thoughts on it. :)

jk, but seriously, any schmuck can go buy ccws and everyone claims they are played out for some reason. These wheels are rare as hell so I would atleast hold on to them for that factor.

I think polished CCWs would be sick, black no.

Hard decision though.

I love the classics but the lemans are unique

Knee deep in the water some where
Heres what you do. Buy the ccw's and send them to me to put on my car and you keep the sweet Le mans wheels. They look good on your car and the ccw's look good on mine. Its a win win! Problem solved!

Just a thought

i think a fully polished 505a would look the best.

This.

However, if that is not an option I would stick with the LeMans. If the CCW's weren't black like others have already said then I would say CCW's. I just don't think black wheels go with Mystics.

I'm not a huge CCW Classic fan, actually its my least favorite of the 3 popular CCW wheels but I like 18s and they fit the car really well, with a polished center I think they'd bring your car up a notch from where it is now.

Justin can you take the pic from further away next time?

The CCWs would look amazing if you did them how they look in the photoshop (ESP with the all mighty 6 lug!! HAHAH) but seriously either one will look amazing. CCWs are nice but I really like the LeMans setup. How much do they sell for when they can be found?

You think thats bad. The first few years Mystic was out, it was about $3000 for enough paint to do a car. And you had to get a CIA agent to talk to BASF in secret code before they would bring you any. Ok, maybe not that secret, but, they flew a guy in to do the estimate and he ordered the paint, had it overnited, hung around while they painted it, and confinscated the masking paper with the overspray on it. Thats what I was told by a Foed body guy.

Yep, thats what a painter friend I have told me. He said he used to work at one of the ford dealers in Austin and that was the procedure they did all the way up to the early 2000's i believe. He said they would even take the mixing sticks, paint funnels/strainers, etc...now thats not the case.

Slim101, the only reason I can afford this set is because they are not in the most perfect shape either, I will end up getting one wheel lip refinished and of course the centers redone in a lighter color or even maybe order a set of polished centers from CCW and sell the black centers. Also, I'm taking into account the offset of selling my current wheels and tires.
