Well guys over my schools fall break i worked on my car the whole 4 days. I pulled the coplete front end off my car... "A arms, springs, shocks/struts, spindles, breaks, eveyrthing. Well i replaced my old eibachs with new ones and also installed a poly bushing kit on the car. Along with new ball joints and tie rod ends. O and i forgot to mention my Cobra Brakes WHOOO HOOOO. Man what a difference. The car is soooo stiff now. I'm talking crazy stiff. the ride quality is down a little but not as bad as the bad shocks and struts i had on there. The car stops like someone strapped a bunjie cord to my back and snapped me with it.

List of stuff i did.

New Eibach prokit for the 94-04 convertable.
Poly Bushing Kit on the front "A arm bushings, coil spring bushings upper lower front and back, off set rack bushing, probably more, just cant remember now lol"
New balljoints "with greese fittings"
New Tie rod ends "with greese fittings"
Kyb GR2 shocks and struts
Cobra brake set up "used cobra rotors and calipers, new carbon matalic pads, pieced together stainless steel brake lines." The lines were pieced together, cost about 95 dollars, which is cheap since the other ones you can buy cost like 150 lol.

I would highly recommend any of these things to people... I'm so happy with the way the car handles now, just want to replace my popping 160k steeda cc plates, and steering rag joint, and put the poly bushings into the upper and lower control arms and housing and i'm doooooonnnee.. Sweet handling

check with Steeda about rebuilding your CC plates. My buddy had his done, and it was way less than buying new ones.

Nice work! Feels great don't it?

Yea i'm loven it dude, one thing i found though, when put the springs on i went to change the axel bump stop.... seems my brother didn't think he needed to change it... So when i unbolted it, half of it fell apart. "the bracket" it still had the same factory bump on it.

I've always wondered why when i went over small bumps the back felt like it was hitting harder...

So anyway the bracket is busted, but it still holds 2 bolts in, also where the bracket broke it started putting stress on the body and cracked the metal under it. I was flippen out and cuzzing and hit my head on the muffler and burnt myself... it was a bad day.

Must admit apart from all the suspension work i did, the Cobra upgrade are the brakes the car should have had when it rolled out of Michigan. ;)

very true 95, those stock 10.6 inch rotors they try to pass as 11" suck and i've seen more than my fair share of rear ends of cars in my day...... i can count 3 at the moment. Hope this makes people see mine and not theirs from now on, at least it won't be my fault then. :nonono:
