Hi, newbie here. I wanted to know if 2003 Cobra shocks fit on our SN95 cars. I've heard people saying they wont, but others saying they have then and have had no problems with them on. What do you guys think? I have tokico blues and Ford Racing C springs just installed up front only, the rear is still stock. Any help or suggestion would be apreciated.

they will physically fit, but i dont know if they will ride good or not. the 03 cobra shocks are designed to work with 600lb rate springs, not the 250lb springs that you have on it now. the ride might be a little bumpier.

Yes,they will physically fit.
If I were you I would finish off your rear suspension with two Tokico "blue" shocks
and buy two FRPP "C" springs and done with it.
Mr. Handz gave you great advice on where to purchase the FRPP "C" springs from!

Thanks guys.

You are right Pennywise2, Mr. Handz gave great places to look, and I'm going that route Tokico blue w/FRPP C springs :thumb:

Quick question, should I get the Tokico Fox or Sn95 shocks for the rear w/ the FRPP C's???

The Tokico "blue" rear shocks for an SN95 is what I would get.
The fox body shocks are shorter and will allow less travel.
Those struts and shocks are a great bang for the buck and
you should really like them.

Thanks... I've heard good things about tokico blue's as well.

PS: Nice freaking car man, 700+rwhp not bad for an import :thumb:

Hey I have a 97 cobra and I put on the Lakewood 5.0 rear drag shocks. They are a 50/50 split and I love them. If you car has been lowered over 1.5" than you want to use 5.0 fox body struts and shocks.

you do realize this thread is from April of 2008 right?
