coming back down to idle problem

So when I rev up my car, its supposed to drop by down to idle fairly quickly. Well right now, I rev it up to like 4, and it takes like 10 seconds for it to come back down to idle. and my exhaust doesn't pop anymore because of it.

I cleaned my IAC and my MAF, what else can i do?

IAC mod. I can't remember what size hole that has to be drilled, but look it up somewhere. I'm sure you can find it. It's something about drilling a small hole in the IAC gasket.
