Computer is screwed, need help/advise

ok, my check engine light in on, so i thought i would check my codes, my friend just got a xcal 3 and i was curious on how cool they were and whatnot, so i plugged it in.. and was only going to check my codes, i made no adjustments on anything..

so i plug it in, and view my codes.. and i'm talking to a friend threw my driver's side window, then i look back down at the tuner and it was uploading something into the computer.. said base tune or something, anyways i have no idea what it did, but now my monster tach flickers between 2 and 3, and my radio buzzes constantally.. and the motor just turns and turns.. ... and turns...

i also tried the "return vehicle to stock function" and it said vehicle is already in stock tune. and its not because it uploaded something and the car is fucked...

what i thought about doing was getting a diablo tuner and seeing if just a base performance tune would fix it.. thats my plan A anyways, but i'm open to suggestions.

you could just take it to a Ford dealership that has a shop and have them look at it. at least thats what I did to fix a broke chip in mine.

well i've been thinking about it alot, turns out that the explosion that happened while i tried to start it was my intake manifold.. i ran my hand around the backside and theirs a fist size hole in the backside..

when my ignition is on theirs a constant buzzing sound that emmits from the front speakers, and my starter won't engage.. its almost like my motor is locked.

at this point i'm completely confused and astonished actually at the fact that any of this has even happened.

update.. my intake is split in 6 or 7 pieces along my valley it looks like.. that loud high pitched buzzing is coming from my top left engine bay.. i guess i never heard it until tonight outside the drivers seat..

motor turns over manually. so nothing is seised thank god! looks like the non pi intake is going back on until my heads are complete and ready.. starter is still acting wierd.

Thats my theory on dorman intake manifolds..

car runs again with the non pi back on there unfortunately, but i mean its all good because dropping my car off wed for pi/cam job. so for it to just get around for now is good enough for me..

i switched the spark plugs and wires yesterday too and man does the car run so much better, i used autolite ap104s and just oem wires and everything came out flawlessly.. it instantally starts and idles perfectally.. its never ran as good it seems..
