Thanks guys. Im thinking about wheel spacers for the rear just enough to bring them alittle past the wheel opening and a s281 wing is in the works.

1" spacers will make it like you want! It did wonders for my car, at least! It's good to hear you have a 281 wings coming, too!! Good looking car!!

Are you guys talking about a stock Cobra hood or a Cobra R hood? I think both look great. I like the vented Cobra R hood like this one.

they are all the same part. There is no specific 96-98 part. It is just a mach1 chin spoiler listed as a part for 96-98.


To the poster.. I say it looks great now, but a 2kR hood would look great!

Just get a couple buddys to help you hold the chin spoiler up and drill the holes through the bumper. Dont use the plastic clips they give you, they are junk. Use bolts nuts and washers. :boink:

yeah, those push pins are crap.
