on a side note, after adjusting height with coilovers do you need to get your car realigned or does the toe somehow stay in check?

as far as I know you should be fine. would be kind of counter productive to have to get it aligned anytime you changed your ride height when the main advantage of having them is to be able to change ride height.

Of course your car needs to be realigned when you drastically change ride height. What a few people do is mark on their CC plates where they should be for different ride heights so they can get "close enough" without needing a full alignment. I would suggest going to Firestone or another company who offers a lifetime alignment and get it. I've used mine 3 times so it has already paid for itself.
